                    costs of the Waynesville Police Department for motor vehicle accident services

                    beyond the scope of basic crime prevention and investigation. Sponsored by

                    An ordinance to amend the sewer and water tap fees for the Village of

                    Waynesville. 

                    An ordinance to amend the bulk water rate for the Village of Waynesville.

Legislation Passed at the Regular Council meeting on January 22, 2008:

                    An ordinance to increase the court costs for the Village of Waynesville's                

                    Mayor's Court.  Sponsored by the Finance Committee.

                    A resolution authorizing the Village Manager to enter into a roadway

                    maintenance agreement.

                    An ordinance imposing a five percent (5%) municipal video service provider

                    (VSP) fee based on the gross revenues of video service providers operating    

                    within the Village of Waynesville pursuant to state video service

                    authorization, authorizing the Village Manager to take necessary actions to

                    implement the same and declaring an emergency.  Adopted as an emergency.
