Mayor's Court The Village of Waynesville Mayor’s Court processes misdemeanor citations issued by the Village of Waynesville Police Department. The Court hears traffic and criminal offenses allegedly in violation of local Village ordinances. Court is held the Second and Fourth Monday of every month at 5:30pm. When a holiday falls on Monday, court will be held on Tuesday of the same week. Payments of fines are accepted during regular office hours, Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. We accept cash, check or money order for most offenses. For your convenience, payments can be made in the night drop in front of the building during non-business hours. You may also mail your payments to Waynesville Mayor’s Court, 1400 Lytle Road, Waynesville, OH 45068. Please do not make cash payments in the night drop or through the mail. Reports of all traffic convictions are sent to the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles. You are required by the State of Ohio to maintain insurance on the vehicle you are driving. If you did not provide proof of insurance at the time of your offense, you must bring proof of insurance for the offense date to your court appearance or enclose proof with your payment.
