The Village of Waynesville utilities include water, sewer and trash (sewer and trash are only available inside the Village). The Waynesville water system also provides service in the surrounding areas of Wayne Township. If you are moving into the Village of Waynesville or Wayne Township and need to sign up for utility service you may do so by calling our office at 513.897.8015 to set your move-in date and schedule a meter reading. You may also download a utility application that will be needed to complete your move in process. Your Village of Waynesville utility bill can be automatically deducted from your bank account. For more information on our automatic payment system either download the application and information sheet here, or call Dianne Dawson at (513)897-8015. You will receive your utility bill around the 1st of the month and payments are due on the 16th. After the 16th a 10% late fee is added to your account. There is a night drop available in the front of our building for your convenience. You may also pay you utility bill at the Waynesville branch of Lebanon Citizens National Bank on Main Street. Your water meter is currently read every other month but you will continue to receive a monthly bill. You are billed for every thousand gallons of usage. Your sewer usage is based on how much water you use. Example: If you use one thousand gallons of water, you will be charged for one thousand gallons of sewage disposal. Your trash service is provided by Rumpke and is billed through the Village of Waynesville on your monthly water and sewer bill. This service includes regular trash as well as recycling and yard waste. Rumpke will also take one large item a week per household (stove, hot water heater, dishwasher, couches, etc.). Pick-up for all three services is on Monday, so please set your items out on Sunday evening. Rumpke runs on all holidays except Christmas and New Year's, when it will run a day behind schedule.
